“Viewpoint Villa truly lives up to its name; the elevated perspectives over Rothesay are quite something, especially at sunrise, and the property itself is generously proportioned and exceptionally well-maintained, feeling both modern and comfortably lived-in. It strikes a fine balance, quiet enough for peaceful reflection yet close enough to town for convenience, and I particularly noted the thoughtful touches like readily available amenities. The expansive outdoor areas, coupled with the luxurious interior, make it a stand-out choice for a restorative escape.”
