Overview

The Vogue Lodge - A Private Farm Stay with Hot Tub and Mountain Views

Accommodation

The one-bedroom holiday home includes a living room, a terrace, and a balcony with outdoor seating. Guests sleep on a double bed and use a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, and flip-flops. The property provides a washing machine, a fireplace, and a Smart TV with Netflix.

Amenities

The outdoor hot tub sits on a private deck overlooking the Peak District hills and farm animals. Guests use a secure, fenced deck area for pets and a separate set of towels and robes for the hot tub. Free on-site private parking and express check-in/check-out are included.

Location

The lodge is 5 km from Buxton Opera House and Cavendish Arcade, and 26 km from Chatsworth House. Manchester Airport is 36 km away, and Bakewell Golf Club and Speedwell Cavern are within easy reach. The farm is surrounded by hills, cliffs, and valleys, with direct access to walking trails.

Pet-Friendly

Dogs stay free and receive a welcome basket with treats, a towel, poo bags, and a tennis ball. Secure fencing on the deck keeps pets contained, and a dog blanket and bowls are provided. The farm has livestock (alpacas, donkeys, ponies, sheep, goats, ducks, geese) that can be fed with prior arrangement.

Guest Experience

The host Lucas leaves a welcome hamper with fresh eggs, bread, bacon, milk, juice, and jam - plus a birthday card and cake for special occasions. The hot tub is praised as the standout feature, and guests can bottle-feed lambs by request. Many guests return multiple times, citing the quiet, the animals, and the host's attentiveness.
