The Stables' gym above the garage has a dartboard and massage table, and the property includes an electric vehicle charging point and dedicated parking bay. The Stables' one-bedroom house has a downstairs bedroom that opens onto an enclosed garden, with an ensuite and a charger for electric toothbrushes. Ashover village is a 45-minute walk away and has three pubs; the Kelstedge pub and the George in Clay Cross are close by for meals. Hardwick Hall, Haddon Hall and Bolsover Castle are within an easy drive, while Matlock, Bakewell and Chesterfield are also reachable.
