Breakfast includes a full English breakfast, green eggs, toast, and homemade marmalade. Evening meals such as homemade curry are available, and the lodge can provide packed lunches for the Coast to Coast walk. The bar stocks Tirrel Brewery ales on three taps and is open until 8 pm.

The whole lodge can be booked for groups of up to 15 adults and 12 children. Children have access to a games room, outdoor play equipment, and a garden where camping is allowed. Dogs are accepted, and the garden offers space to exercise them; laundry service is available for guests.
