The property uses CCTV in common areas and outside the building, plus fire extinguishers, with express check-in and check-out options.

Living Space

Each apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed and city views. The recently renovated holiday home offers a separate bedroom area with a fridge for guest use. The bathroom design includes a raised platform toilet with a safety rail, as noted in guest feedback, and the shower has high water pressure.

“The apartment's layered layout, with its distinct sleeping area, creates a sense of privacy that's quite appreciated, and the thoughtful inclusion of a fridge is a practical bonus for any stay. Its location is convenient for accessing the city centre on foot, while still managing to be a quiet retreat. The owner's genuine helpfulness, demonstrated by going the extra mile to return a forgotten item, really stands out.”
